Purchasing our first home was exciting, but very scary at the same time. The minute that we began working with Christine and Cherry Creek Mortgage we were put at ease with the process. Every step of the way Christine was making sure that we understood everything and took time to answer any questions that came up. It has been a month since we closed on the home and Christine and her team have still made themselves available for us and really have gone above and beyond to assist us. Dear Christine, 

I can't begin to find the words to say thank you for everything you and your staff have done to help me complete the purchase of my home.  There were some very stressful and trying moments, but in the end it was all so worthwhile.  It never would have happened without your support, encouragement, advice and guidance.  Thank you so very much.

I am so sorry I have not had an opportunity to come by personally and drop off the small gifts I have for you and your staff (I can't find them)!  We are in complete chaos here at the house, boxes are everywhere, I have projects started in each room and I haven't even put up a tree or decorations.  But even with this mess and chaos, I am so thrilled and happy to be spending Christmas in my new home. 

From my family to yours have a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year.

Hi Christine.  We haven't spoken in probably 20 years (actually a little less than that: we haven't been married for 20 years, my husband and I), but I wanted to call and say that my husband Ron and I… this is our third home… and I just want you to know that you were our first lender in getting us our first home on Elati Street in Englewood. 

If it wasn't for you, I'll tell you what, we would have probably never been able to buy a home.  But as we got our home and this is our third home and now we live in Parker and, josh, to say in about six years we'll be completely debt free.  We'll own our home in about six years from now, maybe less.  We've moved up, we've moved on and we have two teenagers. 

I keep getting these wonderful recipe cards from you and I hope you continue to send them to us.  It is just so nice to see your face every once in a while when we get one of these post cards.
